Purpose and features

SmartDataCenter is a software solution that enables the processes of personalization data generation and preparation for smart card based applications.

SmartDataCenter:

  • Supplements initial data from the Back Office system or magnetic stripe data generation system with relevant parameters (including service parameters of payment applications and risk management parameters);
  • Manages cryptographic procedures of 3DES and RSA keys calculation, card and application certificates generation;
  • Generates a data file for the personalization of native and GlobalPlatform cards.

SmartDataCenter is a component of the Complex EMV cards issuance solution.
